How long does a system take?
A first useful module lands in about two weeks. A complete system with several modules runs four to eight weeks, delivered piece by piece so you are using the first part while the next is being built.
What if we already started with someone else?
That is a common and workable situation. We review what exists, tell you honestly whether it should be continued or restarted, and put the reasoning in writing. Continuing is usually cheaper and we will say so when it is true.
